Refund Policy

We take great care in producing and shipping our materials. Because many of our items are printed in small batches or produced for archival use, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.


Email us at info@augustansociety.org with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your request and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items showing wear or use not present at delivery
     

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted, as many items are produced or packaged quickly.
